Re: DVD Burning PROBLEMS!!!

MUCH THANKS to Zwiefel & Gsmyth79 for the ONES reference. It has worked flawlessly, except for my attempt to burn a Dual Layer I'm not 100% sure that my DVDR is DVD9 capatable though.

I'm definately upgrading to the complete version though.

Again, many thanks!!!

Re: DVD Menu Software?

I like Uleads DVD Factory (called DVD Workshop in some countries) a lot. It's not a high-end prog, rather doing things the quick-and-dirty way, but if you just want to slap some menus onto a disc, it does the trick pretty well. Good encoding options, nice interface, just right for creating DVDs where you don't want to spend a week on authoring. Plus, it's not that expensive compared to the high end apps.

Re: DVD Menu Software?

I have used a few different options.

1 The easiest is probabley DVDAuthor by Pegasys systems. This is totally intuitive.
2 Next is Nero Vision Express 6.6.
3 DVDMaestro is an old piece of software, but I like it. It is clunky.
4 Then there is Adobe Encore which is more powerful than the majority of users needs.
5 DVDRecode is useful formodifying existing VIDEO_TS structures.

I would recommend DVD Author as an excellent place to start. It is probably all you would ever need. My skype is brummymax, and i do suggest you skype me.
