Re: DVD9 Help

i'm assuming the drive came in a Dell machine, here are the specs which show that you can burn DL DVD+R discs, but not -R

Re: DVD9 Help

I have a similar problem, but the answer did not help me since I have no clue how to check my Dell specs.

My specific problem is I downloaded Phish Project Midnight to Sunrise. It is a DVD9. Too large for my discs apparently.

On the Phish thread someone recommended a DVD Shrink program and "Re-author". I tried that - I shrank - I reauthored. When I tried to burn using ONES it still said not enough space on disc. My file still has the same size as before I started the DVD Shrink program and its application to the Phish show.
I cannot locate where the reauthored download is saved on my computer if in fact it is.

In other words, I'm stymied. What now?
