Re: Report all ratio issues here

It depends on when one of us gets to the siteadmin email. Right now, I'm working on a project on our test site, so I did the siteadmin email this morning, but haven't gone back to it yet. When they get updated, someone will reply to your email and tell you they updated them.

Re: Report all ratio issues here

Good morning,
My ratio was alway's above 1.1, in the last 10 day's I have downloaded 8.4gb,and uploaded more than 10gb. And my ratio stat's on 0.9?
Why could this be? My new client is utorrent, could this be it?
I am currently uploading, would my ratio be adapted after I stop up loading?
If it is any of the above, then with the knowledge that my up ratio is higher than my down then the torrent is kept in good health,at least by myself.Am I missing something here or is there nothing to worry about?
Thankyou.

hehe. If things are still not right, just hit the Contact Us link in the bottom right corner and tell us how much your stats need to be adjusted by.

Re: Report all ratio issues here

What seems to be the problem? Are you uploading/downloading a show that is on the 'new' tracker (shows put on the site after July 2, all the ones put up before that are still on the old tracker and your stats won't update from that). Also, if you are torrenting from one computer/IP and logon to the site from another computer/IP, that can confuse the tracker (the tracker updates stats based on your current IP).

Re: Report all ratio issues here

What bittorrent client are you using? What Operating System? Are you torrenting from one computer and then logging on from another? It is strange that your ratio hasn't changed a bit.

Re: Report all ratio issues here

Well, I do know that our stats are not updating instantaneously. The info gets cached and then written to the database every so often (I can't remember if it is the every three minutes or every 30 minute tracker cron job). That would account for some of the stat discrepancy, but I don't think all of it unless you can upload at a really nice rate.
