Re: Sudden stat jump?

Not that big a deal, but mine dropped from ~1.8 to 1.28, and I've only been seeding, not leeching, for the past couple of weeks...

Hi Nymrod,

You were one of the people I reset stats for yesterday. I don't know if you noticed, but they went wacky for you. If you need to have some upload credit, hit the Contact Us link below and let me know how much I need to credit you for.

Thanks for resetting my stats Lynne.

Re: Sudden stat jump?

I think my stats must have slipped a bit too. I don't keep particularly close tabs on my ratio as long as it's reasonably healthy, but I'm pretty sure it was over 1.7 a couple of days ago, while it's now standing at 1.32. I've downloaded 4 torrents over that period: the 2 I'm still seeding are, according to my client, currently at 1.980 & 0.820, while the other 2 were well over 1.0 by the time interest dropped off. So it looks to me like my ratio should actually have improved. Sorry I can't provide more precise details...

Yes, I noticed my ratio had suddenly jumped forward again. Thanks, Lynne. It's probably now about half-way between what it had slipped to and what it should really be, but hey, every little helps!

Simon

Simon, if you know how much should be added to the upload/download of your stats, feel free to hit the Contact Us link and we can manually adjust them.

Thanks again, Lynne. The problem is, I don't know how much is missing. I seem to remember my ratio peaked at 1.75 before the blizzard of Norah Jones torrents hit. The last time I looked, while leeching a couple of days ago, it was still at 1.72. I can tell you how much I've downloaded since then (4 torrents plus an extra bit to fix the faulty one) but not how much I've upped. I've got an idea I seeded the 1st one to something like 2.9 and the 2nd one to way over 1.0, the last 2 are currently at 2.069 & 0.992, but I don't have cumulative totals, I'm afraid. Just have to start building again, I guess...

Re: Sudden stat jump?

My stats also jumped -- all of a sudden I have 20gb(?) extra download. I've been mostly seeding. I have no real idea how much up and down I've done since then, but I know it's significantly more up than down.
Thanks.
