Question "I Walk the Line: A Night for Johnny Cash" upload question

I am considering the jump from mere leeching to seeding. I recorded and converted the CBS program "I Walk the Line: A Night for Johnny Cash" into digital audio format. I have all of the songs tracked out and they sound great. I imagine that there are some folks out there who might like to listen to it. Can anybody tell me if this would be okay (legal) to upload? While it's from a broadcast, there is no potential that it will ever be officially released. Thanks!

None of the performances used in the TV program are available in a commercially released product (like on a CD, DVD, etc.). My potential torrent features the audio version of a one time TV broadcast of various artists playing Johnny Cash songs.

I'd say it would be likely that it will feature on the DVD of the film when it is released. Also, if features U2 I believe - and I'm not sure what the seeding policy is towards them here?
