Read the FAQ - and do NOT zip it.

Re: how to seed a show

I have a show with no md5 fingerprint(s) and after reading the faq, I still do not understand. The link to the shntool tutorial is broken. I downloaded this show from here and it did not come with an md5 fingerprint. I know that I have all of the original files. Im just reseeding this as a favor. I do not have the time to learn a bunch of new stuff right now.

Re: how to seed a show

redownload the .torrent file, open it with your client and point it to the folder that contains your completed flac files. simple as that.

all shows here are requored to have md5s. what show is this specifically?

Re: how to seed a show

He's right, it didn't come with an md5 because they are flac files - he should have a fingerprint.txt file though with it (which is basically the same thing only for flac files). I found the show he is talking about, it's still on the tracker.

You should just have to put the folder on your harddrive and grab the torrent file from the thread and when the bittorrent client asks you where to save the files, point to the folder that contains the Sean Reefer folder. The bt client will go through and verify the files and then start seeding.
