boy do i feel stupid

i've just spent hours converting a cd to flac w/ traders little helper,generated an md5 file,and wrote a nice text file.i tucked it all into a nice folder.i am a puter retard.can anyone please help me understand what i must do to upload this as a torrent?i've tried again and again,but i am befuddled.oh,and you'll love this show if i can ever torrent it.
p.s.i am using bittorrent.

Is it a Sun Ra show? Also, you're in the wrong forum if you want any serious help. There's a technobabble section. There is also a FAQ that is pretty easy to follow. Hope that helps.

thank you everybody!it is a commander cody sbd.i do have alot of reels of sunra boots i taped in the 70's,but i'm getting help from friends baking and digitizing them.that should take a while.
