DVD Drive Not Working

I have NEC DVD RW ND-3520A.

Was writing CD-R last night no problem using EAC.

This morning tried to write a DVD using MultiCopy!

The DVD did not write.

Now - when I put a CD-R into NEC DVD RW ND-3520A, it does not read anything!

Any ideas what I need to do?

Re: DVD Drive Not Working

PMonk, I'm leaving this for the PC users since I can't relate to your software or drive. But, lepaul asked a good question, have you rebooted? Have you defragged... have you done a virus scan... all those normal PC questions.

(On a side note, on my old imac, I wrote a data DVD, then a few days later tried to read it and couldn't. My hubbies computer could. I had to open up my computer and clean the lens. Then it was fine.)
