Anyone knows the problem with this audio?

Hello guys! I don't know if this audio is lossy or not. Also has a weird noise and I don't know what that is.

can you zoom in a bit? I think use the ctrl key

looks good at a glance so far as I can, at least not mp3 (some lossy codecs are harder to spot but rarer).

you should be hearing an awful sound lol. ugh. there is a way to take it out very cleanly with adobe audition.

I think its very cheap sound card. I used to have a built-in soundcard that would make those horizontal lines unless I captured the tapes with my monitor turned off

possibly some other subpar electronics, not positive. looks lossless
