Boot with your XP or Vista CD/DVD and format your HDD.

^ What he said. You'll be installing from scratch at that point, so grab any files you can't live without (pictures, music, etc).

What a great time to try ubuntu linux. ubuntu.org has a CD you can download, it will run live from the CD, so you can try it out first.

I'll second Ubuntu. Now's the perfect time to partition your drive to dual boot. Continue to use Windows until you learn Linux.

Got both computers up and running installing Kaspersky now WOW it is really helping out allot. Anything else I need to have let me know. Thanks for your help.
