File>create torrent>load directory>add announce url address>click create and save>upload to tracker>re-download the torrent file that you just uploaded(USE THAT ONE)>open & point to the Drive/Master folder that holds the directory you made the torrent from>let it check to 100%>you're away

when i try to save the torrent it says to enter a valid tracker URL, how do i fill that in?

I think you can, but it's probably best if you just make a torrent for each of the two trackers. You don't need to duplicate the folder or anything, you can point each of the torrents to the same folder in order to seed.
