I use both tf and tfb4rt. Set them both up myself. It's not bad.

Anyhow, are you talking about getting torrents from rss feeds? Or just like toad said? Just going after individual torrents? If just individual torrents, the private information for the tracker is already there in the torrent file. Download and then upload to the server and start.
