I feel like a complete ignoramus about this, but I just can't seem to find a program that will let me do this:

I want to do is take two already authored titles of say 2GB each, and put them together onto one DVD, with me adding a top menu. While keeping the existing menus for each title. Being able to go PAL to NTSC would be nice too, though not essential. Everything I seem to find seems unable to import the pre-authored menus.
It seems to me it can't be a hard thing - but outside of a "real" authoring program like DVDLAB (which makes my head spin and anyway is meant for more sophisticated stuff than what I'm trying to do) - I just don't get it.
Any help/suggestions?
