Depending on how many shows you've downloaded, you could just leave Azureus running constantly with all your shows open (queued in Azureus-speak).

It will juggle them according to whoever else needs all or part of them, and switch them from seeding to queued as it needs to.

But, as prev poster said, you can also check seeding opps for those that people need a part of what you've got, and selectively open those.
