On my Mac I use:
Transmission (although I know I should BiglyBT, but I couldn't get it to work the way I needed)
Amadeus--for cutting files and basic repair
xAct
iZotrope
I have Parallels on my machine, because the Microsoft Office programs for Windows are better, but it allows me to still use Trader's Little Helper.
