This site does open a blank page when you download the torrent file. You can just close it, I don't know why it happens.

You should get a prompt asking you if you want to save or open the torrent file unless you have it set to automatically d/l to a specific folder. If it's saved just double click on it and it should open in your torrent program, then just say where you want the show to save and you should be set. If you get asked on whether to save it or open it you can just open it and tell it what program to use then pick where to save the show.
