OK, back to topic...
I got a Cool Edit Pro Demo, the analysis there makes it much clearer to me than audacity did.
The .wav > Wave.jpg
The .mp3 > MP3.jpg
It's exactly the same 9 seconds, different data regarding frequencies.
Now convert mp3 back to .wav > Rewave.jpg
Ah... OK. Further inspections needed.
