No, they're not "chapters", they're entirely separate "sections". They convert on AutoGK separately, which is the problem. I will trade the DVD as is and I only plan to do this so I can convert the whole show to my iPod (which is what I did with about 40 other shows and I never encountered this problem). I can't join the files after converting them on AutoGK, so this is my only option.
