I would go back to
portforward.com and look back into forwarding your ports:
http://portforward.com/english/route...outerindex.htm. Make sure you look at the page about setting up a local static IP. It's right here:
http://portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm Just select your OS from the list and it will spell out how to do it.
