Well, when it locks up, basically, I have the Nero Start Smart open, click the application I want to run, and it minimizes, never to pop back up.

Windows Task Manager doesn't show Nero as a running program at that point.

If I go to re-open Nero, it says I cant have more than 1 of the same application running at the same time.

I am not multitasking to any significant degree when I run nero (Maybe 2 i.e. windows, BT, and a couple of background programs).

My system isn't state of the art or anything, but it should be more than enough to handle Nero without any second thought.

Nero OEM, Nerovision express 2 are the only names that resemble versions.
