Wouldn't it mean he's been sharing at exactly 1:1? That is, his downloaded amount & his uploaded amount have remained exactly proportional?
uploaded / downloaded = ratio?
In order for his ratio to rise, wouldn't he actually have to seed
beyond a 1.0 ratio for a particular torrent, with the excess beyond 1.0 increasing his ratio? Of course, provided he wasn't downloading to counteract the increase.
