I have downloaded a Video. I have .bup, .ifo, and .vob files. I am trying to play the files in VLC Media player and the thing skips around and doesn't seem to be playing correctly? What am I doing wrong?

Some of the VOB's are 0 kb, is that a bad sign, is it an incomplete download?
