Flip4Mac allows QuickTime to play a lot of Windows Media kit and, last time I tried, if you have the free version installed you can use Toast 7 to convert WMA Lossless to AIFF/WAV even though this is not possible with QT unless you cough up for the Pro version, or whatever they call it.
