Currently, you are only trying to seed one show here -

What this means is you may not connect to other users who are firewalled which in this case means you may not connect to the 3 leechers who are firewalled.
Go get the make and model number of your router and then head on over to
portforward.com and click on the link for Port Forwarding. You need to follow the instructions to forward your ports so you are no longer firewalled. You may not be able to do this at work (unless you know the IT guy), but you should be able to do it at home.
