numerous threads about this here already, but pretty much most of the cheap dvd players you can buy a WallyMart or similar will play anything -- PAL, NTSC, data discs, etc...there are numerous namebrand players that are multi-system as well, such as

the "cheapo" brands i can remember offhand would be Apex, Cyberhome, Coby, ILO, Durabrand, etc
