Video Bitrate

I have a DVD that I recorded and authored.
I checked the video bitrate in G-Spot but the DVD has 3 .VOB files, each with a slightly different bit rate.

VTS_01_1.VOB is 6407 kbps
VTS_01_2.VOB is 6592 kbps
VTS_01_3.VOB is 6828 kbps

Should I list the lowest or highest?
Should I add all 3 (19827) and take the avg (6609)?

I have all the other info and synched audio from my CSB source and made it LCPM.
This bitrate thing is the only stumbling block.

Thanks
