In some occasions you're right. But as I mentioned I haven't had this problem before - although I'm firewalled.
Strange thing is that shortly after I wrote the first post, suddenly my dl speed went up (after 15 hours with very slow speed). Right now everything is back to normal.
I have no idea why!
