Just play them in the TS folder, see which one is the menu and delete it.
If it's fully authored you should have at least two menus, the top menu and the track menu.
If it's a stand alone DVD, just copy the VIDEO_TS folder to disc, and leave out the LOGICAL VOLUME IDENTIFIER.
