Damn, this is maddening. So what the heck, I tried downloading burnatonce. Then I noted I also had to download ProDVD, which I did. Then I dutifully plugged in the required key code. Everything seemed to set up OK. Twice I tried to burn a DVD, with the same result: My burner kicked it out and burnatonce said "there were some errors, consult the key log." Checking the burnatonce forums, it said that the most common errors were an incorrect key code (not likely, as I copied/pasted it) or expired version of ProDVD, also not likely as I just downloaded it. Unless someone's got a clue about this, Nero here I come. So far I've tried ArcSoft, DVD Santa and now burnatonce. Maybe the fourth time's the charm?
