when you open whatever app you use to download stuff and the download is complete just leave that show open....if others come along and download after you then you will be seeding. If you downloaded something no one else is after then you cannot provide a seed as no one wants what you got....
Highlight each completed download that says stop one at a time and hit start....
If I could get this together so can you. I am a well known tech moron here but my ratio is fine.
