How do I make one single IFO file to account for 4 separate parts?

I recently downloaded a torrent that was split into 4 different "sections" with separate .ifo files. I'd like to make it all one part. I'd like to convert it to .avi as one big show using AutoGK, and I can't do this under the current conditions (it only converts each VTS section separately).

Since I don't know the terminology and my explanation probably sounds muddled, I want:

VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.BUP
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.IFO
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_1.VOB
VIDEO_TS\VTS_02_0.BUP
VIDEO_TS\VTS_02_0.IFO
\VIDEO_TS\VTS_02_1.VOB
VIDEO_TS\VTS_02_2.VOB
VIDEO_TS\VTS_02_3.VOB
VIDEO_TS\VTS_03_0.BUP
VIDEO_TS\VTS_03_0.IFO
VIDEO_TS\VTS_03_1.VOB
VIDEO_TS\VTS_04_0.BUP
VIDEO_TS\VTS_04_0.IFO
VIDEO_TS\VTS_04_1.VOB
VIDEO_TS\VTS_04_2.VOB

to become something like

VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.BUP
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.IFO
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_1.VOB
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_2.VOB
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_3.VOB
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_4.VOB

With one .ifo to rule them all. What program do I use? (Tried DVD Shrink and TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 unsuccessfully, if I was doing something wrong, please point me towards the right direction =\)
