I used Avira Anti-Vir, utorrent is excluded
No VPN.
Later I change the utorrent version to 2.2.1, no sure it´s helpfull or not
I had the firewall and antivir off briefly to incite the UL, with the first Leecher I switched F/A on and all fine, all leecher after the first can get the UL without any problem.
