Actually, if it was working one day, then you shut down the computer, started it and then found you were firewalled again, my guess is that your local IP changed and that is why you are firewalled again.

If you open up the terminal and type 'ipconfig' you will get told your local IP addy. It will look like 192.168.1.xxx . Now, check your router settings and see if that is the IP address that you forwarded your ports to. If it isn't, then chances are that you have not set up a static local IP and you need to.
