we had a two button one of those zenith deals.
The TV is not older (as the thread title says ....duh) but my stereo IN THAT ROOM is..this is by choice since I love the way it sounds.
Uni, I am not just being lazy although I am damn good at that too. Again, after trying all the other routes for audio signal I found the only one that provides correct sync for watching live music with the gear I have set up in that room. I have other nicer and other lamer set ups too so never you worry I have a modicum of happiness
