I will clearly provide these links and the text in the thread but I am not sure how to detail the lineage. I think the lineage for HW01 would look someting like this (gleaned from the text):

is that aceptable? should I try to detail the noise reduction and filtering in this line or is the link to the restoration page enough? Thanks.

Something like that. But, that's just me. Your way is fine also as long as you mention the remastering and give a link to it.
