Not as far as I'm aware with ffmpegX but probably with Toast. There are other options at this point...MovieGate comes to mind...but give ffmpegX a bash first. You'll need to go the tools->mux option and then it will be obvious what to do. I'd advise selecting Open Terminal Window from the dropdown menu under ffmpegX in the menu bar, it helps when trying to find out what's gone wrong, if it does
