Just a thought, was thought put to the legal implications of this? I just mention it because DaD has always intentionally not kept 'snatched' statistics so they would have a degree of plausible deniability if they were ever asked to turn over download stats under a legal order if a band('s lawyer) ever chose to do a 180 on allowing trading of their material.
