"Locked" torrents?
I use a seedbox (put.io) to download torrents. It allows me to store them online until I have the time (and bandwidth) to download them. Some of the torrents I've gotten here have a padlock icon next to them, and they don't seem to seed. Since I can seed, at least up to a 1.0 ratio, I would like to be able to do so. Can anyone explain why this may be happening?
