If you look closely at the graph there is "noise" above 16kHz. Also the line of "blocky" @ 16 kHz seems very uneven compared to your normal lossy. Many peaks and troughs.
I hesitate to call this one. Considering the year, could BE lossless from average recording equipment.
Can the poster give more info about source; IE lineage.
Anyone else?
