At the right edge of the video you are working on, there should be two icons. Click the bottom one that looks like this:
. From the window that pops up, select either "HSL Adjust" or "Levels" and adjust the settings I mentioned in my previous post. I don't know if this will do exactly what you're wanting, but it's what I came up with off the top of my head.
