1) Decoding with TLH
The error message "flac fingerprint cannot be checked since it was unset in the streaminfo block." means that the fingerprint stored in the header of the flac file was/is zero-ed (and as such is invalid).
2) Verifying .ffp file with TLH
Due to 1) TLH detects that a) the fingerprint given in the .ffp file doesn't match the one in the flac file header and b) the re-calculated checksum of the decoded flac data doesn't match the one in the flac file header. Conclusion: flac file is corrupt.
3) Decoding/testing with FLAC frontend
TLH uses flac 1.2.1, FLAC frontend uses flac 1.1.2. I think v1.1.2 should detect such an error but I have to test it to see what happens.
Just to be sure: Is there a way I can get one of those files TLH reports as erroneous (show is still downloadable, or RapidShare, or ...)?
