yeah that's really strange. cuts off like a webcast, but I can't see any evidence of lossy encoding. as for all the stripes at the top, that's gotta be some kind of record
looks like it was recorded to cassette maybe copied as well. I have an old tape deck that started to crap out on me from age, it gave three 'red stripes' but they were lower in frequency and not as wide. So it makes me think its bad/old equipment causing all those stripes. listen to a bit and see if you can hear any swish on the cymbals, maybe that's the best clue we're going to find.
