Not at all. It's an algorithm / implementation issue that causes content from the lowest frequencies to be "reflected" at the top of the spectrum.
Look at the
pic you posted on the EAC forum - see how the content in the 16-22kHz range looks like a faint flipped image of the lower frequency ranges? Nothing different colouring could fix / make go away at all.
