Nero Vision is not a DVD burning program.
Nero Vision is an authoring program for creating your own menus.
Use Nero Express to burn. Click Burn DVD video files. Drag the entire video_ts folder onto the video_ts and drop. Click Burn.
I wouldn't burn faster than 4x even if your burner/media can support it.
