I was able to get my network to be encrypted and secured. Which is good. I can't tell yet if things are back normal. Below is my speed test.

I use Azureus 2.5.0.0

I have not done the other tow things in teh post you have suggested. Lets see what you guys think about these results, then may onto the other stuff. I really appreciate the help I get around here
