when was the last time you defragmented your PC? Especially when you download from bittorrent or other P2P networks, you should defragment your PC regularly. If you don't it will things slow down
BTW can anyone recommend me a good defragmenter? I'm now trying out O&O Defrag, but I'm not very fond of it. But I'm really low in diskspace with a lot of very large files
