I've used this format for years, similar to dandrew's;
Hoodoo Gurus - 1986-04-02 The Ritz, New York City, NY, USA (SBD 2496 FLAC)

If it was a remaster or multiple tapers, I might use something like this:
Hoodoo Gurus - 1986-04-02 The Ritz, New York City, NY, USA (SBD 2496 JWB remaster FLAC)

Parenthesis are optional but help separate the metadata from the gig identifier. Naming it as such with the date like that sorts well and contains the most important info.

If 16 bit only, I just leave that info out.

Short abbreviated unsortable naming schemes I've seen I find not useful:
gd80-09-26tape1sbd24
js1994-06-11.156679.chief.mcgee.miller.flac1648
Kiss-New York June 16th 1973 Flac

For AUD recordings, I don't really need to know what microphone or gear was used (in the title). The source type in the title is useful- AUD, FM, SBD, IEM + AUD, ALD, etc.
