I agree with the advice given above... just also wanted to mention that when you extract with EAC (PC) you should do it in secure mode and with the offsets correct for your specific drives. You should also extract to something like C:\__________(show folder name) initially then save the .log file in there as well. instructions for this are linked below in my signature ("EAC Config").
you also might want to consider removable HD as another storage option. they are supposed to last at least 10 years and can attatch via usb.
