wow, ok, your asking for alotmore than just replacing audio... i would recommend starting in the tapers section, there are several "remaster masters" there. you are gonna need some tools too (premiere, sony vegas, final cut, etc), this isnt a simple project...
ive only done this back when vcd/svcd were big, and it requires syncing, patience, and more patience...
