I use
FontFrenzy to manage my fonts. I just install the fonts I need & when I don't need them anymore I just use the defrenzy tool from Font Frenzy. The defrenzy tool removes all fonts except those originally came with XP. Font Frenzy doesn't delete permanently the fonts, it keeps them on PC.
